Liam Floyd has been of counsel to Stanzler Levine since 2004. Mr. Floyd is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Boston College. A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1991, Mr. Floyd has conducted litigation in the District Courts, Superior Courts, Probate Courts and before various state administrative bodies. In addition, Mr. Floyd has conducted litigation and tried cases before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Floyd has conducted dozens of trials concerning personal injury matters, contract disputes, collection matters, and probate disputes. In addition, Mr. Floyd advises small and medium sized business on issues relating to business formation, asset protection, employment and the purchase and sale of ongoing business.
